Replacement Policy

Eligibility Criteria

  • Initiate replacement within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Provide receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacement Process

  1. Unboxing Video Required: A mandatory unboxing video is needed for replacement requests.
  2. Contact on WhatsApp: Send us a message on WhatsApp to initiate the replacement process.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product received:

  • Is damaged
  • Is missing parts
  • Differs from the ordered product

Instructions

  • Items sent without prior replacement request will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are not provided to UPI or bank accounts; a ₹100 replacement processing fee is charged.
  • Return amount credited as a discount code for your next order.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. No returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact for queries about specific items.

Exceptions

  • No returns for sale items or gift cards.
